It allows you to create the typical colour cells of Pouring Art.

Mix 1 jar of 130 ml Chalky Look colour with 1 130ml jar of Pouring Medium and add 6 drops of Cells Medium.

For a larger cells effect, spray the Medium for Cells on the still wet surface and heat slightly with a hair dryer.

You can also spray the cell medium on the wet surface too.
