UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery times are estimated between 3-5 working days from dispatch, with orders delivered Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).

Please note, the free delivery service is only applicable to paint products and accessories, it excludes all furniture items. Furniture delivery is quoted and arranged separately.

NEXT WORKING DAY UK DELIVERY

You can choose to upgrade your order to Next Day APC Courier for £9.50.

Orders need to be placed by 12pm, Monday to Thursday for Next Working Day delivery.
Orders placed by 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within two working days
Orders placed Friday (after 12pm) Tuesday
Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank or public holidays)
Signature required upon delivery

Next Working Day Delivery is not available for remote postcodes - please see list below of postcodes that are subject to extended delivery times and surcharges.

GENERAL ITEMS

All orders are sent either via Royal Mail or APC for an extra charge, and whilst there is an estimated dispatch timeframe we aim to send goods out as quickly as possible in every circumstance.

INTERNATIONAL & EUROPEAN UNION

We do not currently ship to international addresses outside of the Please note, that we are unable to ship Fusion Mineral Paint products outside of the UK due to licence agreements.

FURNITURE PAINT GOODS & ACCESSORIES

For furniture paint items, we only ship orders to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. Orders are delivered using either Royal Mail or APC.

Delivery costs to UK mainland addresses start from £3.95 up to a maximum of £14.95 per order (some UK postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge - see below for details).

All paints and other items are well packaged and secured. Deliveries are made on working days only – Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries can be arranged and will incur an additional surcharge.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel has left our premises. Delivery timings are not guaranteed and there are postcode exceptions where delivery may take longer. Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 6pm. Please allow up to 14 days for your items to be delivered.

In the event of no-one being in to take delivery, a parcel may be left with a neighbour, designated place (i.e. porch) or may be taken to a local Post Office or delivery depot where it can be collected. You will require some form of identification to claim your parcel.

We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order. If this address is incorrect, we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.

UK POSTCODES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO SURCHARGES & EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales and cannot offer Next Day Delivery - these areas may be subject to an additional 1-2 days delivery.

In addition, the following postcodes within the UK may also incur an additional surcharge of £10.00 per delivery for furniture paint orders containing at least one litre of paint. We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment of the delivery surcharge. We will be happy to refund your order in full prior to dispatch should you decide not to pay the delivery surcharge:-
